Shipping Promotions are only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, these promotions may not be combined with any other discounted offers unless explicitly noted. This free shipping offer is not valid on Tank or Weights and Some Oversize Items Such as Large Diving Gear Bags. Free Shipping is Subject to Change.

Where We Ship

United States (48 contiguous United States)

Shipping Scuba and Snorkeling Gear to you as quickly and Reliably as possible. In the Lower 48 United States. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day after they are placed. We use USPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 2-5 business days. In some cases we use Federal Express or UPS. if Items are on backorder, you will be notified.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

The cost for Alaska and Hi. shipping is $29.95 additional each order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS Air and arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Tanks and Weights and Some Oversize Items will incur additional Charges Above the Normal Regular Shipping Charges. Hollywood Divers Does Not mark up or Profit From Shipping Charges. We Charge the Customer exactly what we are Charged.

Military / Base Customers

The cost for shipping is at USPS cost for each order. Your order will ship to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We offer Military and Those who Serve our Free Country every Consideration that we can afford. You will find extra goodies in you shipment and we will make every effort to communicate with you and get you your order on time.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the USPS or Fed Ex tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can then check the status of your order anytime.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

We will keep you updated on your order status via email.To check the status of your order anytime: you may email us at info@hollywooddivers.com. We respond to email inquires Monday through Friday and many times we can respond on weekends as well.

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We need to Speak to the Customer who is the Billable Party. We will not Ship until we have a conversation about your order. Fraud Protection is paramount to us.

Hollywood Divers of Los Angeles will match any Legitimate Authorized SCUBA dealer’s price, if they have the item in stock and ready to ship. We Match Amazon, We verify the information on each listing for Authenticity. We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason. Some pricing claims may be click bait and we reserve the right not to match unrealistic or misleading Used - Open Box or Out of Stock, Bait advertising.

Hollywood Divers is a Factory authorized SCUBA dealer for all the diving gear we sell. We offer the FULL WARRANTY. Hollywood Divers is Not Just a Warehouse or Storage Facility, We fill tanks, organize trips and we welcome all divers. We teach Scuba and Breath Hold Classes Monthly Hollywood Divers has first hand experience on the items we sell.
