HEY - What About the Avalon Underwater Cleanup ? Would you Like to Go with our Group ? This Historic Diving Event has Divers Converging from all over California to Clean and Collect the Debris left behind usually by other folks who may have dropped their Trash and or Valuables. A Sudden gust of wind, or simple fumble overboard sometimes claims Cel Phones, Various other Electronics, Watches, TV's and other items, Fishing Rods, Paddles, Jewelry. The times that we have done this event we have seen some pretty unusual things - VcR's with the tape all mangled and hanging out, Personal items, Beer Bottles, Signage, Old Fishing Gear / Netting. Other Years not as much so it becomes more of a social event to meet other divers and just have fun.
